Wednesday 2.19.14

Rating = 7
A. Deadlift, 1 rep @ 82.5% every 45 sec x 10 total reps
Complete @ 235
B. Ring Muscle-ups, 4 unbroken per min x 7-10 mins
Complete x 10 mins. The last 3 sets were challenging, mostly because my skin felt like it was going to peel off my hands, but I put gloves on and it helped a lot. 
C. 21,15,9 for time:
Deadlift @ 155lb
Burpees onto 20" box
*Sub 4:30 min goal
5:22. I did the deadlifts unbroken, which I wasn't even sure if I could do or not. I think I am too floppy on my burpees and maybe that slows me down? Arjuna didn't know I was recording this, so he is in the way a bit.
