A. Squat Snatch, work to a single
160. My technique was a bit off, I missed 150 once and 160 once. When I did get 160, my technique was better and it felt easy. 
B. Front Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 85% RM x 3 sets, 3 min

C. Squat Clean Thruster, 1 rep @ 135lb every 30 sec x 20 total reps
Complete
D. Push Press, 6 touch n go reps @ 115lb per min x 5 mins - bar taken from floor
