AM - gymnastics
Rating = 9
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
3 rope climbs to 15ft
25ft handstand walk
7 rounds + 2 rope climbs. This was a lot of rope climbs!

3 wall walks
3 burpee bar muscle-ups
9 rounds + 1 wall walk

PM - 10-15 min Chipper

AMRAP in 17 miniutes:
40 burpees to 6" OH
30 c&j @ 75lbs
30 burpees to 6" OH
30 c&j @ 105lbs
20 burpees to 6" OH
30 c&j @ 135lbs
10 burpees to 6" OH
amrap c&j @ 165lbs

162 reps (12 CJ @135). This was a lot harder than the snatch version. My posterior chain was really fatigued. My breathing felt fine and the jerks were easy, just picking the barbell up on the first pull got difficult.
