A. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean off blocks, build to a double - 5 sec b/t reps
175. My hip was feeling tight, so I just stopped here. 
B. Push Press. Push Jerk. Split Jerk off blocks, 1.1.1 - quickly build to a challenging set - don't spend too much time here

C. Back Squat @ 20X1, 4 reps @ 80% RM x 3 sets, 3 min

D. Power Snatch. Below Knee Hang Power Snatch, 1.1 @ 115lb per min x 10 mins - no dropping b/t reps
