Sunday 2.2.14

160. Failed twice at 165.

"Open 13.5" - compare to last year
151 reps, 5 rounds + 1 thruster (last year 139 reps, 4 rounds + 5 pull ups). My leg endurance was so much better this time. I kept the thrusters moving really well. My forearms just blew up, and the pull ups actually got hard. I paced out 1:10 per round for the first 3 rounds, then just went by feel. Overall, I know I am capable of more. I think I paced a bit too much on my transitions, just because of how awful I remember this was last time. It was still totally awful, but I was able to keep pushing throughout.

14:48. Not my best work. The stuff in the middle was fine. The first set of wall balls took 4:16, and the last set took 5:58 :( Trying to hit the target after GHD sit ups was tough because I was kinda dizzy. I do best when I stick to a plan of sets of 10, but I'd miss the wall and break a set early, and then lose my plan, and then eat up time. I just need to stick to solid sets.
