Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough 2
215. My hip was really tight, so I did not push for any more. It
only hurt on back squat, not squat cleans.

Below Knee Hang Squat Clean off blocks, build to a single
195. This is 5# PR. I got 185 pretty confidently, so I just jumped
to 195. 195 was super slow standing up and upper back got a little mushy
because I caught it a tiny bit forward. No fails at all.

Halting Snatch DL. Snatch Pull, 1.1 x 6 sets, 1:30 min - 2 sets @ 155lb, 2 sets
@ 165lb, 2 sets @ 175lb
