Saturday 2.22.14

Rating = 8
A. Squat Clean, work to a single
190. I tried 200 and got under it but could not keep it in a solid front rack to stand up. Almost there!!
B. Push Jerk. Split Jerk, 1.1 @ moderate effort x 5 sets, 2 min - nothing @ hard effort, just challenging per set
Complete @ 170. This started out very moderate, but was a bit tougher by the last 2 sets. 
C. Back Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 85% RM x 3 sets, 3 min
Complete @ 190
D. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch, 1 rep @ 125lb per min x 10 mins
Complete. These felt really good. I feel like my technique is best from above the knee. 
E. AMRAP OHS @ 95lbs in 3 minutes - bar taken from floor

40 reps.
