Sunday 2.23.14

AM - gymnastics
Rating = 9
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
30 burpee bar muscle-ups
AMRAP HSPU in remaining time
81 HSPU. I finished the MUs at about 4:45, then just did quick sets of 5 on the HSPU. 

PM - 10-15 min Chipper
Rating = 8
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
150 Wall Balls - 14# to 9 ft
75 Burpees to 6" OH
AMRAP Ground to overhead @ 65lb in remaining time

16 ground to overhead. The wall balls I finished in 7:47, did a few sets of 15 then 10's (I think I may have miscounted and done 15 extra, or these were kinda slow because my shoulders were tired from the AM). I finished the burpees with 1 min remaining. I snatched the ground 2 overhead and didn't put the bar down until the end.
