Wednesday 1.8.14

5-->1 unbroken ladder for time
2:18. This is 6 seconds slower than when I did this with false-grip, but I'm sticking with no-false grip.

EMOM x 20 mins:
1st - 3 tough weighted ring dips
15#, then 17.5# for the rest of the sets. These felt harder from the muscle ups. 
2nd - 3 tough kipping hspu - adjust depth as needed
Depth to where shoulders hit the plates...still not too hard. 
3rd - 3 tough weighted supinated chin-ups
25# for all sets
4th - 10 chest to bar
Complete. Felt easy.
