but I'm sticking with no-false grip.

15#, then 17.5# for the rest of the sets. These felt harder from the
muscle ups.

- 3 tough kipping hspu - adjust depth as needed
Depth to where shoulders hit the plates...still not too hard.

tough weighted supinated chin-ups
25# for all sets

Complete. Felt easy.
