11:32. The burpee muscle ups felt harder than the sets of 2 unbroken muscle ups.

229 double unders. 1k row in 4:03.8 (2:01.9/500m avg). I need to get sub 2:00 pace for this. The first part made this amrap feel more difficult than it otherwise would have been.
