A. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch off blocks, build to a tough double - 5 sec reset b/t reps
140. My lats or sub scaps were super tight/fatigued and I feel like it kept wanting to push the bar forward in my catch. 


B. Front Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough set of 3 - only ONE tough set, then move on, no failed sets
185. 
C. Squat Clean. Front Squat. Split Jerk, 1.1.1 x 9 sets, 1:30 min - 3 sets @ 125lb, 3 sets @ 145lb, 3 sets @ 165lb
Complete. 
D. GH Raise Drop Set @ 20X0, 10-15-20, 2 min - reduce intensity per set

5# behind head with no swing, hands on head with no swinging, hands across shoulders with slight swing
