12: 46. I remember doing this when I was training for Regionals, and I looked back at my time and it was 15:53. That time I wrote I had gotten to the snatches at 8:00. This time I got to the snatches at 7:30. So I did the snatches much faster. I feel like all the hamstring work I've been doing helped me here. My low back was not that bad. 


Overall, I am continuing to feel much better than last cycle. And despite being sick this week (upper respiratory infection maybe?), I still feel like I was able to push hard and do well with training.
