Saturday 1.18.14

Rating = 8 
A. Back Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough 6
195. 

My butt rocks towards my heels in the bottom...but I think my depth looks pretty good. 
B. Squat Clean Cluster, 1.1.1 - build to a tough set
180. I got 170 and it felt good, so I jumped up to 180 and got it. Third rep was really slow standing up. 
C. Halting Snatch DL. Snatch Pull, 1.1 x 8 sets, 1:30 min - 4 sets @ 155lb, 4 sets @ 165lb
Complete. 
D. Fat Bar Deadlifts, 20 reps x 3 sets, 2 min - pick a challenging weigh, use a double overhand grip

90lb for each set. I tried 100 on my first set but I failed at 8 reps. These suck so bad, my hands are definitely not built for this and it is frustrating!
