180. I got 170 and it felt good, so I jumped up to 180 and got it.
Third rep was really slow standing up.

Bar Deadlifts, 20 reps x 3 sets, 2 min - pick a challenging weigh, use a double
overhand grip
90lb for each set. I tried 100 on my first set but I failed at 8
reps. These suck so bad, my hands are definitely not built for this and it is
frustrating!
