5:08. Fuck. I failed on the 4th rep of my third set two times! I am sticking to doing these no-false grip because they are starting to feel way better. But failing sucks sucks sucks.

EMOM x 12 mins:
1st - 3 tough strict hspu - adjust depth as needed
45# plates with no abmat (about 4" deficit). All unbroken except 6th set. 
2nd - 3 tough weighted pronated chin-ups
First set with 20#, then the rest with 25#. Towards the end I may have been doing a very very small type of kip...
