A. Front Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough set of 2 - only ONE tough set, then move on, no failed sets

B. Above Knee hang Squat Snatch off blocks, build to a tough single
140. Failed at 145
C. Squat Clean and Split Jerk Cluster, 1.1 @ 160lb x 5 sets, 3 min
Complete
D. Single Leg Back Extensions @ 20X0, 8-10/leg x 3 sets, 30 sec b/t legs
8 each set. My hamstrings were really tight/tender going into this. But if anything I think the hamstring work helped, along with rolling out my glutes/hips-this released a lot of the tension. 
E. GH Raises @ 20X0, 15 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min

Complete with hands at sides.
