Sunday 1.5.14

Split Jerk off blocks, 1 rep per min x 10 mins - start @ 175lb, add 5lb per min
Complete. At 215, I had a nice deep split but it was kind of slow and loose. So at 220, everything was fast and tight but my split was super awkwardly narrow. I didn't miss any though.
