Saturday 1.4.14

A. Back Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough 4
205...I took a big jump and this was tough, but I got it. 
B. High Hang Squat Clean off blocks, build to a tough single - focus on getting our of the bottom of the squat as fast as possible, this is what will help you get through the sticking point
175. Arjuna noticed I was kind of cheating on this. I was starting with my chest hinged forward a bit, but on hi hang you should be more vertical. 
C. Halting Snatch DL, 2 reps @ 160lb x 5 sets, 2 min - pause below knee, above knee, high hang
Complete. These felt better than last week. 
D. Barbell Hip Thrusts @ 20X1, 12-10-8-6-4, 1 min - increase loading per set

135x12, 140x10, 145x8, 155x6, 170x4. These went better than last week, felt it more in glutes than low back.
