2:50. My bar bounced right towards my face while I was doing my first set of burpees, so I think that maneuver wasted 2-3 sec.

I felt like I had a really good push for this workout. I remember the 2nd set is where I get gassed, but this time I still felt like I had enough in me to push hard.

16:46. Rope climbs took 2:30-3:00. OHS I did 17 and then 3. The burpee box jumps felt like they took forever. GH sit-ups were quick. Wall balls were not so great (5-10 missed reps), but they have been worse. T2B I did 5 sets of 10, then 6 and 4.
