Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough 4
185. I got 210 x 3. I know I had gotten 205 for 4 last time, so I
wanted to do just 5# more but it didn't happen. I was really close
though.

Squat Clean, work to a tough single
190. I missed 175 once and then threw a mini temper tantrum, then
cleared my mind, and was able to get it, then 180, 185, and 190. They started
to feel good at the end. I just need to catch in my heels or else the bar rips
me straight forward. 190 was just super super slooowww standing up so I didn't
go heavier.

Below Knee Hang Snatch High Pull, 10 reps @ 95lbs x 5 sets, 1 min - wear straps
Complete - I feel like these are something really good for me. The
fat bar deadlifts I did a few weeks ago were a really good exercise for me,
despite me not enjoying them. Arjuna is getting a new fat bar welded that is
slightly narrower than the Rogue one, so it will be good for me to practice
grip strength since I will be able to fit my hands a little more than halfway
around it.
