50 hang power snatch @ 65lbs
50 cals Airdyne
50 hang power clean and push press @ 65lbs

15:49. For the CTB, I did 20/10/10/10. Snatches I did sets of 10. Airdyne took about 3:45, first minute of that was slow. Push press was the hardest part, my arms were dead. T2B, I did 4x10, then 5/3/2.
