220. The first rep felt solid, but my knees caved in on the second
rep

Squat Clean. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean, 1.1 - build to a tough set, no
dropping bar b/t reps, no straps
175. I failed from the hang on my first attempt at this weight, but
then got it on the next attempt. The fail was more of a technical error, I just
sat way too low with it.

Halting Snatch DL. Snatch Pull, 1.1 x 6 sets, 1:30 min - 3 sets @ 155lb, 3 sets
@ 165lb
Complete. These felt good. I just did 1 pause on the halting snatch
DL at like mid thigh, this is right?

Barbell Hip Thrusts @ 20X1, 6-8 reps x 5 sets, 1 min
150x8, 155x8, 165x8, 180x8, 180x7. Still getting used to these.
Without overextending, I was able to do more weight. I definitely feel them in
my glutes, but also a bit in the low back towards the end.

Raises @ 20X0, 30 reps x 1 set
1:43. For the first 10, I didn't swing all the way from the bottom
like I normally do. But then the last 20 I had to go all the way down and get a
bit of a swing to get up. Hands across shoulders for the first 22, then on hips
for the rest.
