to mix and match the order/set-up every set. Goal is same time per set no
matter the order.
First set as written. Then bj/row/burpee/ad, burpee/ad/row/bj,
row/bj/ad/burpee. Times were 5:50, ?, 5:48, 5:37. For the 2nd set, the airdyne
screen went nuts about 8 cals in so I just kept my hi effort output until I got
to 5:50.
