C. Above Knee Hang Power Snatch off blocks, build to a max triple - 5 sec b/t reps
115. I missed the 3rd rep at 125 on two attempts. I was working hitting my hips, and I did, but I lost my reps behind me because I wasn't used to it. 
D. 5-->1 unbroken Ring Muscle-up Ladder for time
