Rating = 9
A. Press Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 - build to a max set
100. Why can I do this for a cluster of 3, but my max is only 105? I did use a women's bar though. 
B. EMOM for 10 minutes:
2 touch n go Push Press @ 135lb
1 Rope Climb to 15ft
Complete
C. 5 sets @ high effort:
400m Run
15 Box Jumps - 20"
15 Chin-ups
Rest same as work time
2:13, 2:16, 2:17, 2:15, 2:12. My first 400 was 1:14, then the rest were about 1:18-1:20
