Tuesday 10.29.13

Rating = 8
A. Squat Snatch, work to a tough single
150. I missed this 4 times before I got it. I probably should have moved on, but I knew I just had to get my chest up a tiny bit and keep my butt down. 

B. Deadlift, 1 rep per 20 sec @ 225lb for 10 mins - drop each rep
Complete. This was really hard. 
C. Back Squat with Chains (~40lbs) @ 10X1, 1 rep @ 60% RM per minute x 15 total reps
Complete with 135# barbell
D. Airdyne, 10 sec ALL OUT/10 sec rest/10 sec ALL OUT x 5 sets, 3 min b/t sets

Complete, total cals for 2x10secs = 14, 15, 15, 16, 15
