A. Squat Snatch, 1 rep per min for 10 mins - start @ 105lbs, add 5lbs per min
Complete, these felt right on the money.

B. Deadlift, 1 rep per 30 sec @ 235lb for 10 mins - drop each rep
Complete.

C. Back Squat with Chains (~40lbs) @ 10X1, 1 rep @ 65% RM per minute x 12 total reps
Complete with 150# barbell

D. 500m Row for time

1:43.6.  (Previous PR was 1:53)
