Sunday 11.3.13

40 minutes @ moderate effort:
25ft handstand walk
25 cals Rowing
50ft bear crawl
25 cals Airdyne
50ft walking lunges

7 rounds even. Rows and airdyne were taking just under 2min each. I feel good. Definitely sore, but not bad at all!
