Thursday 11.14.13

Rating = 8. My flight was on time, so I was able to get this in. Everything felt heavy and I felt pretty drained, but I got through. 
A. Back Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 80% RM x 5 sets, 3 min
Complete @ 180
B. Squat Clean. Split Jerk, 2.1 @ 145lb x 5 sets, 2 min - drop 1st clean
Complete. These felt hard. 
C. High Hang Power Snatch, 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1, 1 min - 3's @ 95lbs, 2's @ 105lbs, 1's @ 115lbs
Complete
D1. Press, AMRAP @ 80lbs x 5 sets, 1:30 min
10, 8, 8, 7, 7
D2. L Sit Legless Rope Climb to 15ft x 5 sets, 1:30 min - no legs on lowering, maintain L position

Complete, I started in a standing position and just brought my legs up, and this was hard.
