Above Knee Hang Squat Clean. Squat Clean, 1.1 - build to a tough set
175. I felt like shit all the sets building up. But then I just
focused really hard on my technique, and 175 felt great.
B. Back
Squat, quickly build to a tough 1
215. Jumped from 135, 165, 205, got ambitious and failed at 220,
then did 215. Still getting comfortable with deep squat.
C.
Snatch Pull Cluster, 1.1 @ 175lb x 3 sets, 2 min - wear straps

Cals = 22, 22, 21, 23, 21. Recovery was better than usual
between.
Had an oly class in the evening with Mark Canela from Columbus
Weightlifting. He was awesome and I'm excited to implement what he showed me!!
