A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 2 reps @ 85% RM x 8 sets, 2:30 min
Complete, 4 sets @190, 4 sets @195
B. Below Knee Hang Power Clean off blocks, build to a moderately tough single
185. These felt good, 175 was easy. But my feet started to creep out wider and wider. The video on Facebook was @185
C. Below Knee Hang Power Clean off blocks, 1 rep @ 20lbs below highest from B x 5 sets, 45 sec
Complete @165 with feet in and not wide!
D. 10 min AMRAP:
10 Squat Snatch @ 65lbs
10 Chin-ups
*goal is 6 rds
6 rounds + 6 snatches. Got 3 rounds at 4:00. All pull-ups unbroken, snatches went: 10, 5/5, 6/4, 6/4, 4/3/3, 4/3/3, 3/3
