Thursday 9.26.13


Rating = 8
A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 1 rep @ 95% RM x 3 sets, 3 min
Complete @215
B. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 - build to a tough-ish set, focus on getting our of the hole as fast as possible
165. I got into the hole really fast...on the way up was a struggle to be fast
C. AMRAP in 10 mins:
100 wall balls - 14# to 10 ft
50 alternating db power snatch @ 50lb
AMRAP Burpees to 6" OH in remaining time
131 reps. Finished wall balls in 5:55, no repped myself on a few because I was missing the target. Then on the snatches I started resting hunched over and it lit up my back really fast. Not really happy with this one.
