Thursday 9.12.13


RATING = 8
A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 1 rep @ 90% RM x 10 sets, 2 min
Complete @205, failed on set 7. I tried to get an extra bounce out of the bottom and it messed me up. 
B. Power Clean, build to a tough single
190 (5# PR)
C. Power Clean, 2 touch n go @ 80% highest from B x 5 sets, 1 min
Complete @155
D. 3 rounds for time:
20 alternating db power snatch @ 50lb
40 wall balls - 14# to 9 ft
14:19. First round felt really great and was done in 3:50, then the next 2 were definitely slower.
