A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 3 reps @ 80% RM x 7 sets, 3 min
Complete @180

B. Above knee hang power clean off blocks, 1 rep per min for 12 mins - start @ 135lb, end @ 155lb
Sets = 135x2 140x2 145x2 150x2 155x4. Felt good. 

C. For time:

C2B
OHS @ 65lb

Bar Facing Burpees
Power Snatch @ 65lbs
8:51. Everything unbroken. Wow I was sore from C2B, but felt good to do them again!
