Deadlift, build to a tough single - no straps
275! This is a 20# PR since right before Regionals! I do an over/under grip without straps, and I think I like that better than doing it with straps.

60 sec Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch @ 55lbs

60 sec Rowing
259m, 260m, 260m (1:55.5/500m avg pace)
60 sec rest
60 sec Power Clean and Overhead @ 55lbs
17 each set
60 sec rest
60 sec (3 burpees/3 C2B)
I just realized I did the C2B first on this... 4 rounds + 3 C2B, 4 rounds + 1 C2B, 4 rounds + 1 C2B.
