So bad! Felt super weak and super heavy on them, broke into sets of 2 for most of them, a few singles towards the end. wtf.

Held 2:10-2:11/500m. Trying to make this my new 75%

Total times = 4:14, 4:25, 4:39. About 15 sec transitions onto rower because the monitor would shut off by the time I got there.
