Saturday 8.17.13


A. Front Squat @ 40X1, 5 reps @ 70% RM x 5 sets, 3 min
Comple with 135.
B. BTN Split Jerk Cluster off blocks, 1.1 - build to a max set
These felt rusty at first, missed second rep at 180 on first attempt. Then I got it on the second try and felt really good. Got 190, wobbly, so stopped there.
C1. Weighted Ring Dips @ 20X0, 3-5 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min
 22.5x5, 27.5x5, 32.5x3
C2. Weighted Ring Rows @ 33X3, 4-5 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min
20# vest, put feet up on a block, got 4 each time and did extra rep without block
D1. Flat bench db press @ 20X0, 15-20 reps x 2 sets, 1 min
