Monday 8.5.13


A. Back Squat, build to a max
225. 225 felt really good, jumped to 235 and missed twice. Next time, I will go right to 230 or 235. 
B. GH Raises @ 40X0, 4-5 tough reps per min for 8 mins
10# DB under chin, 5 reps for all sets, really close to failure on the 5th rep on last 3 sets
C. Airdyne, 15 sec ALL OUT x 8 sets, 120 sec rest
13, 15, 14, 11, 12, 12, 12, 10 cals
