Squat with Chains @ 50X1, build to a max
180, with about 40-50ish lbs total of chains. I was at Steve Flamm's
gym because we don't have a hyper yet. So he had a bit different chains than
what I usually use, but felt pretty much the same. I got stuck on the way up at
175 and 180, but managed to get it. I tried 185, but just didn't quite have
enough.

Reverse Hyper @ 10X0, 4-5 reps x 8 sets, 1:30 min
50x5, 55x5, 60x5, 65x5, 70x5, 75x4, 75x4, 75x4
C. DB
Split Squats @ 33X0, 4-6/leg x 3 sets, 1 min b/t legs - during the 3 sec @ the
bottom, put body weight on knee when it touches floor, should be able to lift
front leg off floor of needed
45'sx6/leg, 50'sx5/leg, 50'sx5/leg. These were really awkward at
first because my hip flexors are so tight that it always feels like I have
weight on the front leg.
D. Back
Squats @ 115lbs, 10 reps per min for 5 mins
Complete, each set 0:30-0:35
