Wednesday 7.24.13


DL, 1 rep @ 80% RM per min for 12 total reps - drop every rep
Complete with first 6 reps at 205, last 6 reps at 210. These felt pretty easy.

3 sets @ high effort:
20 Kipping HSPU
20 GH Sit-ups
2 min unloaded prowler push
5 min b/t sets
Times for HSPU/Sit up: 1:25, 1:17, 1:19
~10 sec transition to get to the prowler outside. Guestimated distances = 150m, 175m, 175m. On the first set I went really hard for the first minute and was gassed on the second minute. The last 2 sets I tried to maintain a more even intense pace over the 2 min.

0.5 mile Airdyne
20 jumping switch lunges
20 toes through rings
20 jumping switch lunges
0.5 mile Airdyne
5 min b/t sets
4:40, 4:49, 4:46. Sets 2 and 3 I kept not touching my knee on a rep or 2 so I had to redo the reps. Airdyne was 65-70RPM, shooting for 70. 

Today (Wednesday's workout) felt good to be breathing hard, even though the HSPU/sit-ups got me a little dizzy and overall felt a bit nauseous.
