95, 105f (rest 30sec)/100, 100, 100, 105f (rest 30sec) 100. These made me mad bc I wanted 105. 
A2. Weighted Supinated Grip Chin-up, 1 rep x 5 sets, 1:30 min
45, 50, 52.5, 52.5, 55
B1. Standing DB Press @ 20X0, 5-8 reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min
35'sx8, 40'sx7, 40'sx7, 40'sx7, 40'sx7
B2. Rope Climb to 15ft, 2 reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min
Complete. These feel great until I get tired, they get slow.
