Wednesday 7.10.13


DL @ 40X0, 2 reps @ 75% RM x 5 sets, 2 min
Complete with 193#. I used straps here because it felt like they allowed me to focus on good positions without worrying about grip.

20 Toes to Bar
15 Kipping HSPU

5 min b/t sets
5:20, 5:19, 5:41. T2B and HSPU were unbroken and felt good. Rows got tough, my times were 4:13.3, 4:14.6, 4:24.2. I was aiming for a 2:06/500m pace, but fell off that a lot by the end.

20 GH Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions
30 Jumping Switch Lunges
1 mile Airdyne
5 min b/t sets
5:19, 5:13, 5:14. Everything unbroken, lunges burn the bum, Airdyne started off slow then increased speed to about 65rpm-72rpm by the end. 

It has been close to 90 degrees and super humid this week, and we don't have fans yet! So my recovery between sets has been tough and I can see what having asthma probably feels like because the air is so thick. So hopefully Arjuna will get a fan in by next week.
