were 4:13.3, 4:14.6, 4:24.2. I was aiming for a 2:06/500m pace, but fell off
that a lot by the end.

5:13, 5:14. Everything unbroken, lunges burn the bum, Airdyne started off slow
then increased speed to about 65rpm-72rpm by the end.
It has
been close to 90 degrees and super humid this week, and we don't have fans yet!
So my recovery between sets has been tough and I can see what having asthma
probably feels like because the air is so thick. So hopefully Arjuna will get a
fan in by next week.
