Friday 7.12.13


A. Back Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough single - no fails
225. This is a 20# PR!
B. Reverse Hyper @ 20X0, 6 reps x 6 sets, 2 min - just do your best to control the lowering, attempting to control is the main idea here
40# x 6 for all sets, did better with controlling tempo
C. Barbell Alternating Step-ups @ 11X0 - 20"box, 12-10-8-6/leg, 2 min - increase per set
75-80-85, 90. These were good, as in tough, really good.
D. Front Squats @ 95lbs, 10 reps per min for 7 mins
Complete. The first 4-5mins felt pretty good, I was finishing sets in 0:20, then the last 2-3 sets took like 0:24-0:26.
