How do I add intensity on these? I didn't think I was supposed to add weight,
but I did 5# DB on the final set and it was pretty hard by then. And these are
supposed to go all the way down so I'm upside-down at the bottom, not just to
parallel, correct? And I use my momentum to swing myself up, but should I be
doing them more strict?
