Squat with Chains @ 22X1, 2-2-2-2-2, 4 min
48#'s total of chains + 140, 145, 145, 145, 150. These felt tough,
but my form stayed strong throughout. I bounced up after the pause and it felt
really good, sitting back in my hammy's.

Raises Drop Set @ 20X0, 6.6 x 4 sets, 2 min - 10 sec rest b/t drop in intensity
hands on head. hands at side. I did this for all sets, these got
tough.

Airdyne, 12 sec ALL OUT x 10 sets, 90 sec rest
Complete. About 10 cals for the first 5-6 sets, then 9ish cals for
the rest.
