Friday 7.5.13


A. Deficit Deadlift Cluster, 1.1 - build to a tough set, wear straps, 2" deficit
240 - really really slooooowww
B. Reverse Hyper @ 20X0, 6-8 reps x 5 sets, 2 min
35x8, 40x6, 40x6, 40x6, 40x6. I realized I really was off on the tempo on these. I feel like its super tough to control smoothly on the way down! 
C. DB Reverse Lunges off 2" step @ 10X0, 5/leg x 5 sets, 45 sec b/t legs
50's, then 55's for the last 4 sets. Used straps on the last 3 sets and this helped a lot. 
D. Jump Squats, 10 max effort reps x 5 sets, 1 min - hold a 45lb bar in the back squat position, wear Oly shoes
Complete.
