feel like its super tough to control smoothly on the way down!

DB Reverse Lunges off 2" step @ 10X0, 5/leg x 5 sets, 45 sec b/t legs
50's,
then 55's for the last 4 sets. Used straps on the last 3 sets and this helped a
lot.
D.
Jump Squats, 10 max effort reps x 5 sets, 1 min - hold a 45lb bar in the back
squat position, wear Oly shoes
