6:03, 6:05, 6:34-push ups killed me on the last set. Toes thru rings were UB. Row times were 4:20.3, 4:19.2, 4:20.2. I was confused by the high effort, but 75% on the row. So I held a 2:10 pace and it felt more like high effort, but that's where I want my 75% to eventually be..
