Wednesday 6.19.13

Complete, just under 100m outside on pavement

Complete, first set was slightly uphill and over a speed bump, I misjudged how hard that would be

10 x 30 sec AD @ 90%/30 sec AD @ 50%
Complete @ 70-72RPM and 49-50RPM

8 Burpees as fast as possible per min for 10 mins
Complete. Sets 1-3 took 18secs each, sets 4-8 took 17secs, and last 2 sets were 16secs
