185. This was probably closer to 5RM, felt pretty good though, last
rep my knees came in a lot.
B.
Reverse Hyper @ 20X0, 8-10 reps x 5 sets, 2 min
20#x10, 30#x10, 40#x10, 50#x10, 60#x8. Started to feel these a lot
in my low back
C.
Barbell Walking Lunges @ 10X0, 8/leg x 3 sets, 2 min
125, 135, 140-kept stopping at the top to catch my balance
D. Jump
Squats, 10 max effort reps x 5 sets, 1 min - hands on back of neck, full depth,
max jump height, no pausing
Complete.
