Friday 5.31.13


A. OHS, build to 155lb for a triple - bar taken from floor
Complete. Glad I finally got this. Elbow hurt after, but felt okay during. I feel pretty good about starting at this weight, and even getting 160 for 1 or 2. Unless something feels really off on Friday, that's the plan. 
B. 15 Burpee Muscle-ups for time

C. For time:
50 Wall Balls - 14# to 10 ft
50 C2B Chin-ups
50 Pistols
50 Alt DB Power Snatch @ 50lb
15:53. Oy. I was at 8:00 when I got to the snatches. The snatches are tough.
