5:38. Rope climbs took me a bit. Arjuna taught me a new footlock and
I started losing it on the 4th and 5th climb. Bar MU unbroken, ring MU were
2/1/1/1 and felt kinda tough by then

2:40. I'm mad at myself for this. Sub 2:30 was very do-able. Arjuna
told me to pace myself like 3 cleans into it and I went too slow on the first
set of burpees. I picked up speed after that, but lost time in the beginning.
First 2 sets of cleans felt good, last set hurt but it was just on the burpees
that I lost my time. It burned by the end, but I know I had a bit more in me.
